TERMS AND CONDITIONS

DEPOSIT PAYMENT

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all treatment appointments. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Your appointment will only be confirmed once the deposit has been received. The deposit amount varies depending on the chosen treatment.

Consultations are complimentary, however, a small deposit is taken to reserve your time slot. This amount can be used towards your treatment but will not be refunded if you choose not to proceed. All deposits are strictly non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS & LATENESS

We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide this notice will result in your deposit being lost, or in the case of a treatment course, one session being deducted. A new deposit will be required for any future booking.

Please arrive on time and attend your appointment alone. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited.

TREATMENT DISCLAIMER

All treatments are strictly for clients aged 18 and over. Proof of age will be required if you appear under the age of 25. If you are unable to provide valid ID or are found to be under 18, your appointment will be cancelled and no refund will be given.
